INK Content Catalyst — Agentic RAG Platform
Deloitte US · Aug 2025 – Present
Technical Manager — solution architecture, delivery leadership
Deloitte's audit practice maintains complex audit manuals across many formats, and keeping them current is slow, manual, and risk-laden.
I lead the discovery-phase team that designed a search-and-update platform on Azure to automate ingestion, extraction, retrieval, and maintenance
of that content using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture.
- Designed an agentic framework: specialised AI agents for document processing, comparison, summarisation, and updates — orchestrated with Azure Functions and Durable Functions.
- Hybrid retrieval combining semantic and keyword search (Azure Cognitive Search) with Neo4j knowledge graph for multi-hop relationship and dependency mapping — the pattern that keeps generation grounded in high-stakes audit content.
- Azure Document Intelligence for extraction from PDFs and unstructured formats; Azure OpenAI for contextual summarisation and content generation; Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, and API Management for secure, scalable data handling.
- Delivered the product backlog, estimates, high-level plan, and budget for the implementation phase.

Transformation Hub — Cloud-native Content Transformation
Deloitte US · Feb 2025 – Jun 2025
Technical Manager — legacy analysis, modern architecture
A centralised, modular, cloud-native solution to transform incoming publications into the formats consumed by Deloitte's audit
applications (Omnia, Levia, Research portal). The team analysed the legacy DITA-OT–based transformation process and produced a
modern Azure/C# solution architecture in the discovery phase.
- Drove discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture across multiple workstreams in a regulated audit environment.
- Articulated technical and business trade-offs to senior client stakeholders to support investment decisions for the implementation phase.

EY Helix Programme 2.0 — Global Audit Analytics Platform
Ernst & Young · Apr 2021 – Jan 2025
Product Development Manager (Agile Tech Delivery Manager) — 3+ scrum teams, 50+ people
EY Helix is EY's global analytics platform — a suite of data capture and analytics tools that increases both the depth and
breadth of captured audit data and the insight derived from it. The programme delivered new analytics audit capabilities for
clients such as Siemens and Nestlé — SAP HANA backend, .NET and ReactJS front end, on Azure with Azure DevOps as ALM tooling.
I ran the programme for four years.
- Owned quarterly budgeting, Programme Increment planning and Solution Planning for 3+ scrum teams and 50+ team members across India and onshore locations.
- Partnered with sponsors, architects, and product managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, release plans, budget, and timelines.
- Embedded coding standards, automated deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps to strengthen change and release management.
- Drove backlog readiness with Product Owners and retrospective follow-through to continuously improve velocity and predictability.
- Gave senior stakeholders programme visibility through Agile metrics in weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports; built self-organising teams serving global audit clients.
